We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If your account is deleted, deactivated or terminated, your Personal Data will be deleted within twelve (12) months from termination or deactivation. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or “Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

  • Geolocation data, such as device location and IP location.  Disclosed to Vendor of Third Parties for Operational Business Purposes.

  • Inferences drawn from any of the Personal Data listed above to create a profile or summary about, for example, an individual’s preferences and characteristics.  Disclosed to Vendor of Third Parties for Operational Business Purposes.

Information Collected and Use of Information 

We do not collect Sensitive Personal Data. We have not sold (as defined in the CPRA) Personal Data in the last 12 months.

Right to Disclosure of Information Collected 

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information regarding our practices with respect to Personal Data. If you submit a valid and verifiable request, and we confirm your identity and/or authority to make the request, we will disclose to you any of the following, at your direction:
